The club fact sheet
Logginhood is a free scoring app for archers with a club layer on top. Register your club and your members' scores become club records, leaderboards and classification progress on their own, with nobody typing up score sheets. The club basics are free. The committee tools are the paid part, paid by the club and never by the members.

Fill in the form on the Clubs page: club name, where you shoot, your governing body, the club email and a second officer's email if you have one. It takes two minutes.
Confirm by email and we check it is a real club before switching it on. A club email that matches yours makes that quicker.
Send the invite link, put the QR code on the noticeboard or import the membership list so everyone lands already approved. Members who sign up on their own can ask to join and you approve them with a tap.
The tools for the people running the club, all in one tier. £222 a year, paid by the club by invoice, and free until 1 January 2027. The pricing page.
No. Scoring, history, handicaps, classifications, competitions and rankings are free for every archer. Anything the club pays for is paid by the club.
No. Club records count the scores that reach Logginhood, whether a member scored in the app or the records officer imported a paper sheet. Most clubs run it alongside the old book for a season first.
Bring them. Scores import by CSV or from other apps' exports. Your historic records can be loaded onto the club's board so nothing is lost.
The club basics on this page are free. The Committee Room is £222 a year, whatever the size of the club, and free until 1 January 2027. Paid by invoice or bank transfer, one line in the accounts. No cut of club fees, no charge per member.
Your club does. The club remains the data controller and Logginhood processes data on your instructions. Welfare-sensitive information is ring-fenced to the officers who need it, enforced in the database, not just on screen.
Built in, not bolted on: parental consent flows, a minors register for the welfare officer, automatic name suppression on public boards until consent is granted and photo consent enforced at every upload. Club chat rooms are for adults only.
Logginhood is independent. Handicaps and classifications follow the Archery GB scheme exactly and the tables are checked against the published scheme every week.
Any. The app installs from the browser on iPhone and Android with no app store. The page at logginhood.com/app shows how.
Take your backup and go. Nothing is locked in and nothing is charged for leaving.
Logginhood Ltd, a UK company (no. 17321619) registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC191586), built and run by an archer who is also a club secretary.
Register the club, invite the members and see your records fill themselves. Happy to walk your secretary through it on a call.
