Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-15 · v1.0

1. Who we are

Logginhood ("we", "us") is an archery scoring app and community platform operated by Logginhood Ltd, company no. 17321619, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can reach us at hello@logginhood.com.

These terms are written in plain English on purpose. They are the agreement between you and us when you use Logginhood on the web or in the app.

2. The agreement

By creating an account or using Logginhood you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Notice. If we make material changes we will show the new version here with its date, and flag it on our What's new page. If you keep using Logginhood after a change, the new version applies.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 to create your own account.
  • Under-13s are welcome as archers, but a parent or guardian must set up and manage the account with them, and holds the consent choices for it.
  • Give us accurate details and keep them up to date: age category and gender drive classification maths.
  • Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think your account has been compromised.
  • One account per archer. Club roles attach to your account through your club.

4. The service

  • Core scoring is free for every archer. That is a deliberate promise, not a trial.
  • We improve Logginhood constantly and features will change, appear and occasionally retire. We aim to keep the service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Classifications, handicaps and records shown in Logginhood are calculated in good faith from published Archery GB tables. They are not official rulings: official classifications and records rest with Archery GB, your county and your club.

5. Your content and your data

  • Your scores and your content belong to you.
  • You give us the permission we need to host, process and display your content in line with your visibility choices. Private stays private.
  • Your data leaves free, forever. Export and backup are never behind a paywall. If you delete your account we delete or anonymise your personal data as described in the Privacy Notice.
  • Content published on a club website hosted by us (see section 7) is chosen and owned by the club that publishes it.

6. Fair use

Logginhood is a sports community with juniors in it. You agree not to:

  • harass, abuse or endanger anyone, especially young people;
  • enter false scores in competitions or interfere with anyone else's scores;
  • upload content that is unlawful, infringing or plainly inappropriate for a club environment;
  • scrape, resell or bulk-extract other people's data from the platform;
  • probe or attack the service. If you find a security problem, tell us at hello@logginhood.com and we will take it seriously.

7. Clubs, officers and club websites

  • Club officers who enter information about their members (for example importing a member list or an honour board) are responsible for having a proper basis to share it with us, and for its accuracy. We process it to run the club's tools and protect it with the same care as everything else.
  • Club websites hosted by us are published by the club, in the club's name. The club is responsible for what it publishes. We operate a notice and takedown process: if content on a hosted club site appears unlawful or harmful, report it to hello@logginhood.com and we may unpublish first and resolve after.
  • Safeguarding concerns should always go to your club's safeguarding officer and, where appropriate, Archery GB. Logginhood is not a safeguarding reporting channel.

8. Paid features (the Committee Room)

  • The Committee Room is an optional paid tier for clubs, billed annually.
  • Cancel within 14 days of first payment for a full refund. After that the year runs its course and renewal is never automatic without notice.
  • Prices can change at renewal, with notice before you are charged.
  • If a club stops paying, the club keeps its data and its free features. Paid features simply switch off.
  • Paid competition entries, when they launch, will carry their own entry terms shown before you pay.

9. Ending things

  • You can stop using Logginhood and delete your account at any time. Your export is free on the way out.
  • We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Unless it would be unsafe or unlawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to put it right.

10. Liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
  • The free service is provided as-is and we are not liable for losses arising from using it, beyond what the law does not allow us to exclude.
  • For paid services, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, or for scores lost to a device that never synced.
  • If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.

11. General

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. These terms and the Privacy Notice are the whole agreement between us.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: hello@logginhood.com. Privacy questions: privacy@logginhood.com. We are a small team and a real person reads both.
