Scoring, records, handicaps and competitions are free for every archer. Clubs that want the full committee suite pay one flat price a year, with everything included and no cut of anything.
Everything an individual archer needs to score, track and compete. All of the below is free: not a trial, no card, no catch.
Your club's public face on Logginhood: directory page, roster, records and invites. Free for every club so your members always have somewhere to land.
The paid layer for the people running the club: one tier, everything in it, one payment a year.
Free until 1 January 2027: every registered club has the Committee Room switched on until then. From then, £222 a year, paid by the club by invoice. No charge per member, ever.
Share the gold: panel-active clubs earn a research share every quarter. Your members' scores can cover your club's costs and then some.
Pay by invoice or bank transfer. No card needed, no transaction cuts. Membership size is checked once a year at renewal, so adding archers to Logginhood never raises your cost mid-year. Join before 1 October and you pay nothing until then. Your first year runs with the AGB membership year.
Get in touchFund it with a grantBuilt with real club committees, for the jobs that eat volunteer evenings. One login replaces the membership spreadsheet, the kit list, the newsletter tool, the shop notebook and the folder of expiring certificates, all in the same place your members already score.
Every member, every membership type, every year on record. Assign fees in bulk, mark them paid by bank or cash, waive where you choose. Overdue chases itself onto the committee inbox. The treasurer's whole job, minus the spreadsheet.
The insurance-ready register: bosses, stands and club bows with values per line. Loan kit to members with due dates and hire fees. Overdue loans or repairs flag themselves. Your insurer's next question, answered in one click.
A rolling calendar with places, bookings and keyholder cover. Members book from their phones, gaps flag themselves and nobody stands in a cold car park wondering who has the key.
From club leagues to full shoot days: target assignment, peer scoring on every phone, live standings as arrows land, podiums and ties handled, verified scores written straight into each archer's history. No paper, no typing-up on Sunday night.
Email the whole club, one role, session bookees or just the members who owe fees. The monthly newsletter, the range-closed notice, the AGM reminder: written once, delivered properly, logged forever.
Insurance, risk assessments and DBS checks in one compliance cabinet, each with an expiry date that raises its hand 30 days before it lapses. Nothing quietly expires again.
Applications, consents, fees due, competitions awaiting finalise, low stock, overdue loans: everything that needs a human, gathered in one place. Empty means you can go home.
Sell club shirts and kit with sizes, photos and live stock. Members order online, pay the club the way they always have, supplier minimum-order bars fill up in public and the committee just fulfils.
Albums attach to competitions and sessions, members add their shots, the committee approves and the no-photos list is surfaced at every upload — with one-tap emoji face covering and removal requests for anyone who'd rather not appear. The club's memories without the safeguarding headache.
Logginhood spots who is drifting and one click sends a warm we-miss-you note, with cooldowns and opt-outs built in. Retention on autopilot, done kindly.
Most clubs already pay for a patchwork of general-purpose tools, then fill the gaps with volunteer hours. Honest numbers for a typical 50 member club:
| The job | Typical tool | Typical cost |
|---|---|---|
| Membership admin | membermojo | £95/yr |
| Cloud storage for club docs & photos | Google One 100GB | £20/yr |
| Club emails | Mailchimp free tier | £0 |
| Competition scoring | Ianseo | £0, if you can drive it |
| Records, fees, kit lists | Spreadsheets, paper, WhatsApp | £0, plus volunteer evenings |
| Cash total | plus the volunteer running it all | ~£115/yr |
The Committee Room costs more than that stack, on purpose. None of those tools can score an arrow, calculate a handicap, keep your club records or run a shoot day. Logginhood replaces the stack and adds the archery layer nothing else has, in the same place your members already score.
The whole club side on one page, printable for your committee: the club fact sheet.
No, unless they want to. Scoring, history, handicaps, classifications, competitions and rankings are free for every archer. The Committee Room is paid for by the club, not the membership. Coaching tools and other optional extras may come later. Some you might even wear. Wanting them will be the only reason an archer ever pays.
Invoice or bank transfer, the way club treasurers actually work. One payment a year, one line in the accounts.
No. Members pay the club directly and the treasurer records it. One flat annual price for your size of club: no percentages, no per-payment fees, nothing skimmed off what your members pay you.
Yes and then some. Brands pay for research built on the platform and at least 10p in every pound they pay goes straight back to the community. Archers are paid per survey. Clubs with active panellists earn a share every quarter, credited against the Committee Room cost first and paid as cash beyond it. Clubs can also earn hosting fees when brands run field trials at the range. We publish a running total of everything shared.
Your club does. The club remains the data controller and Logginhood processes data on your instructions. Welfare-sensitive information is ring-fenced to the officers who need it, enforced in the database, not just the interface. Logginhood Ltd is a UK-registered company (no. 17321619), registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC191586). Both registrations are on the public record.
It is built in, not bolted on. Parental consent flows, a minors register for the welfare officer, automatic name suppression on public boards until consent is granted and photo consent enforced at every upload. Welfare-sensitive data is ring-fenced in the database to the officers who need it. Club chat rooms are 18+ only.
Tell us about your club and we will switch the Committee Room on. Free until 1 January 2027, then £222 a year.
Logginhood is in pre-launch and this page is a preview. Prices and plan contents are still being finalised and may change before public launch. Nothing on this page is a contractual offer. Your club's price is always confirmed in writing before any invoice is raised.
